Shipping & Returns
Dispatch
Orders are packed and dispatched from our studio in Tbilisi, Georgia within 2–4 business days. Drop releases and restocks can add a few days during the first week of a launch. You receive a tracking number by email as soon as the parcel leaves us.
Delivery
We ship worldwide with tracked services. Georgia: 1–3 business days. Europe, UK and Turkey: 4–9 business days. United States and Canada: 6–12 business days. Rest of world: 8–16 business days. These are carrier estimates, not guarantees — customs handling can extend them.
Duties and taxes
Prices are shown in USD and exclude import duties and local taxes. Any customs charges raised by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient and are payable to the carrier on delivery.
Returns
Unworn, unwashed pieces with all labels attached can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Email us at studio@lostsoulssociety.net with your order number before sending anything back and we will confirm the return address. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the piece arrived faulty or incorrect.
Refunds and exchanges
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of the return arriving. Because pieces are made in small limited runs we cannot guarantee an exchange in another size or colourway — if the size you want is unavailable we refund instead.
Faulty or lost parcels
Pigment-dyed garments vary in tone from piece to piece and this is not a fault. For anything genuinely damaged in production or transit, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photographs and we will repair, replace or refund. If tracking stops moving for more than 10 business days we open a claim with the carrier on your behalf.
