Privacy
What we collect
Order details (name, email, shipping address, phone number where provided), messages you send through the contact form, and your email address if you join the mailing list. We also keep basic technical data such as approximate location and currency so prices display correctly.
Payments
Card details are never stored on our servers. Checkout is handled by our payment processor, which receives the information required to authorise the transaction and holds it under its own privacy terms.
Newsletter
Signups are stored in our own database and used only to announce drops, restocks and archive sales. We do not sell or rent the list. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can ask us to delete your address at any time.
Contact messages
Messages sent through the contact page are stored privately so we can reply, and are deleted once the conversation is closed and no longer needed for order or wholesale records.
Sharing
We share only what is necessary: shipping details with the carrier fulfilling your order, transaction data with the payment processor, and account data with the hosting and database provider that runs this site. No data is sold to third parties.
Retention
Order records are kept as long as accounting rules require. Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe. Anything else is deleted when it is no longer needed.
Your rights
You can request a copy of the data we hold about you, ask for corrections, or ask us to erase it. Write to studio@lostsoulssociety.net and we will respond within 30 days.
Cookies
We use only the storage needed to keep your cart, currency and dismissed popups working. There is no third-party advertising or cross-site tracking on this website.
